Coppo's Training & Inspection Services Pty Ltd (CTIS) has been operating in Mackay and the Bowen Basin since 2005.
The Director, Glenn Coppo, has been working in the Coal Mining Industry for 20+ years and can deliver top notch training and inspection services to your business.
Since starting in the Coal Mining Industry Glenn started as an Underground Coal Mine Worker. Conducting studies to become a Mine Deputy and Mine Undermanager.
Glenn is a member of the Mines Rescue organisation and has competed as a competition team member for a number of years - attending Australian Titles to compete and assess. Glenn has worked in the Opencut Mines for a number of years operating and training mine workers on different types of equipment and skills.
Since starting the company Glenn has aligned with and trained the likes of SSE's , managers and coal mine workers. With excellent communication skills and a high standard training regime the participants attending the courses get world class training.
CTIS is aligned with Sharp Training which is an RTO (Registered Training Organisation). Peter Sharp which is the CEO principal has been operating since 2001. Sharp Training has a excellent relationship with CTIS.
With the increase of work load in the Coal Mines CTIS has a number of clients that directly use his services as well as Sharp Training.
